They keep the ball on the deck for large periods which is more than 95% of DPL sides do it come from the management and good techincal players they would finish top 6 in DPL no probs

I'm not involved at Christchurch but their reserve team history shows that they have one of the best reserve teams around and they have proved this year on year. They play football properly and have a good manager. The only complaint could be that not enough are given the chance in the first team. Kempy often elects to bring in players on dual registration from the Southern League rather than give a go on the youngsters. That said, David Legg got a chance last season and has proved good enough. Flip side is that when Kearnsy was injured Kempy brought in Joe Prodomo from Bashley rather than playing young Jason Collins who had deserved his chance.
A well run club which doesn't shout about it's success but does things the right way.

I would like to how I agree the reserve side at Christchurch is a good young side, when I played for them we always did well and they have continued to do well. Tim is a very good manager with a loyal bunch of players.
I think the lads in the reserves and youth team are given a chance if they consistently show how good they are. Two prime examples of this are Ben Dickinson and Jacques Bernard. However Jason should of definitely got the shout over Joe last season when Kearnsey was injured!
