I hope with the departure of our Captain I hope the clubs quietness over the recent weeks means that we are in the process of making some significant signings. Having discarded two players at the end of last season and now Jimmy leaving we need some new faces at the club after consolidating the last two seasons. With our structure we should be really challenging over the coming season. I just hope it does turn out like last season

Ben played a number of games for the reserves last season.
As far as I am aware, apart from Jimmy the bulk of last seasons squad have stayed with the club with Andy Barham joining from Wimborne.
There have been some additional new players training, but not sure whether they have signed as yet.

Not too far into the season but whats everyone's opinion on the Infamous Boroughs start. Do you think they will really challenge for the title? I dont think so. I think they have only taken points of who they should have really, but in the DPL theirs no team who are the team to beat anymore, with HU gone and DT a much weaker team than last season it seems its up for grabs

I hope it will be a close league this year, there has been some STRANGE RESULTS to say the least so far. Not complaining as this makes for more interest.
I think that Dorchester Town reserves may "walk it " this year, but judging by their comments on the Dorset Premier website good riddance, complaining that the league is too brutal what are they fairies or footballers!!
Yes it would be great to challenge for all the leagues this includes our youth teams who we consider as an integeral part of our club. but we want to make sure things are inplace off the field as in ground facilities this is as important as anything
UP BORO CLUB
