after watching holt in pre season against a few wessex teams i think they have a good squad that has more than a good chance of winning the league. it shows great ambition to sign an ex bournemouth youth player such as dan cann. i dont think the cranborne game will be much of a worry to holts manager after watching both sides their is a big difference in class. as a very travelled fan of the dorset league holt seem to be a very ambitious team

After watching Holt beat Cranborne 3-1 last night id like to say how unlucky i felt they were not to take a point from the match. They played some good stuff to watch through out the game and dominated all of the second half. Im sure with a bit more DPL experience under there belts they'll be taking points off our boys when we meet back at Cranborne.

Dont think your a holt fan more like a cranborne fan. being at the game i watched Holt start poorly then played cranborne off the pitch for 15 minutes. then in the second half Holt let themselves get brought down to cranbornes poor level. Their centre halves didnt know what to with dan cann apaprt from kick him every time he got the ball. dan didnt play any where near the level hes capable of and still scored so it will be a different story at cranborne if he plays well

We'll have to agree to disagree on that one then but the vibe on the touch line was the better football was played by the visiters. I think dan looked quite sharp and caused a few problems in the first half but was kept quiet in the second period. I would of prefered a quality centre half to of arrived at the club this season rather than a striker as tuesday showed our back line to be rather sluggish. There's to be whip round against bourgh saturday to buy new studs for our new striker. Up the bulls!!!!!

i think we will have to disagree, maybe you were stood with the Cranborne fans or watching a different game because i dont recall them playing good football and i think Holt have signed a quality centre half in Paul Mitchell hes been solid all pre season and in the first 2 games

Your statement doesn't make sense local boy - can you clarify because currently I would think everyone's confused!
