The game is at Broadway lane and I expect it will be a 6.15pm kick off. Should be a great game and warm up for the final at the end of the month.
Did i hear right that electric dropped points against Hordle on Sunday?

yeh 5.0 ! star had loads missing and to be fair the ref was an extra man for electric . moorsey should of been booked but his reputation follows him so he was off and that opened the game up . nice to see electric were pretty much full strength , the star boys can take that away with them for the cup final !

speaking to a fellow who plays for New Star, i think apart from Dixie they were pretty strong that night, although down to 10 men was always going to be a problem. Electric are hard to beat even with 11! I saw New Star sunday and to beat Railway must give them confidence against Electric in the final.

I wasn't at the game between electric and new star last week but from the people I have spoken too, New Star were only missing Alan Scott from the side that started against Electric earlier in the season alrthough they did have the services of Mr Rigler upfront to make up for it. I was also told that the sending off was very harsh but Mr moores has been on the ref's bac before the incident so it might have added to the decision. Should be a good final all the same and i can't see it being quite so one sided as cup finalsdon't often pan out like that.

I agree re the final but didn't Electric win the last final they were in 5 - 0 recently! i hear Electric beat ROKO 8 - 0 last night! I know one or two of the Electric squad and it appears they are taking nothing for granted re any game.

I think your right there. since the new star gam, I'm told that Electric have put 5 past Berrans Park, 8 past roko and 9 past forresters. Think they only need to win tuesday against Haven and beat Railway at Branksome on sunday and they have won the league - don't quote me on that though as thats how I've worked it out from the last published table but haven't seen the updated one yet.

Bloody hell - who have Electric got playing for them and who is scoring all the goals? Who is the manager there and who does he manage on a saturday?

I can answer some of those bits but not all I'm afraid. I know the managers name is Russell and I'm not sure who he managers on a saturday. the top goalscorers at present are daniel baguerly, dan pidgely and scott sanderson. Although in the last couple of games, the goals have been coming from Tom Jeffs who i believe is a new signing and joey kittle who has been promoted from the reserves.
The squad they seem to have is massive as the last few times I've seen them play they have drafted in different players like Mark Dancer, Leigh Phillips and Tom Stone to play around the usual bunch. Hope that helps.
